The Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Directorate General, Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), New Delhi, invites offline applications from eligible male and female candidates for the recruitment of Constable (General Duty) to fill up 272 vacancies under the Sports Quota for the year 2025. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease as per SSB requirements. Please apply within 30 days from the date of advertisement in the Employment News paper dated October 2025
SSB Constable Recruitment Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years and Maximum 23 years.
- Age Relaxation as per rules.
SSB Constable Recruitment Salary:
Level 3 ₹ 21700 – 69100/- as per 7th CPC
SSB Constable Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
- Matriculation (10th Class) Pass or equivalent qualification from a recognized board or Institute.
- Sports Qualification / Achievement required.

SSB Constable Application Fee:
- A Non refundable fee of ₹ 100/- Only.
- The free should be made through Indian Postal Order (IPO) and Demand Draft.
